Hi alls..Ell tak de apa sgt nk citer...sbb Ell dh mula rasa mual n loya,otak pun mcm tak berapa nk fungsi :D Tp sblm tu,ell nk ucap terima kasih pd yg sudi memberi komen utk n3 yg lepas...luv u'ols...
Arini sbb nk update sket,Ell dpt upload gambar ayam panggang home made yg Ell bikin hari rabu kelmarin.Agak2 ada yg nak mencuba resepi ni,silalah ye.senang je..Ini boleh dikatakan resepi senang lah sbb boleh tinggal2 takyah nk duk kat dapur lelama kan.
Ayam Panggang Rosemary
Ingredients:-
bawang merah(kisar)
bawang putih(kisar)
halia(kisar)
madu
kicap(agggaran sendiri)
rosemary/mixed herbs (McCormick)
bawang putih(kisar)

Method:-
~Bersihkan ayam dan keringkan
~Perap ayam dgn semua bhn
~Sumbat jugak bahagian dalam ayam supaya rasanya sekata
~Biar selama 1 jam atau lebih(ikut suka)
~Bakar dlm oven dgn suhu 180' selama 20-25minit atau sehingga ayam masak.
~(tanda ayam dah masak,bila dicucuk akan keluar moist)
Ok,semalam plak Ell kerajinan buat minum petang penkek ngan apple sauce.Sauce apple tu sama kekdahnya ngan nak buat inti apple pie..
Penkek
Ingredients:-
200gm tepung
1 sudu baking powder
1ltr fresh milk (anggaran sendiri)
1 biji telur
2sudu besar butter cair/minyak zaitun
3 sudu besar gula
Method:-
~blend semua bhn dlm blender
~guna non stick pan(kalau ada)
kalau takde ,tak yah letak butter masa blend,
~tp butter tu guna masa nak curah penkek.
~letak sket setiap kali curah penkek.
~ulang semua sampai adunan habis dgn api yg sederhana dan kuali tk terlalu panas
~kalau tidak,penkek berlubang2.
Inti Apple
Ingredients:-
2 biji apple merah(potong dadu)
1/2 cwn gula
1/2 sudu kecil serbuk kayu manis
1 sudu bancuhan tepung jagung
Method:-
~Campur semua bhn kecuali bancuhan tepung jagung kedlm saucepan atas api kecil ~bila dh sebati dan gula dh cair boleh curahkan bancuhan tepung jagung. ~masa ini juga boleh perah jus lemon (kalau suka. ~dptkan kepekatan yg ideal ~curahkan atas penkek tadi
